Explore

We explore your requirements in more details, create Q&As, test tasks etc. We can use your ones or create during interview of your recruiting/technical specialists or we can participate in few candidate’s interviews with you to understand your requirements

We search candidates and check them using methodology defined during “Explore” step

Select

We select most suitable candidates and provide brief comments about his/her suitability to your requirements. In some cases, we can suggest to organize some trainings for our expenses to develop some skills. You personally interview all the available candidates and decide whom you'd like to choose
